Uttar Pradesh Cantonments (Control of Rent and Eviction) Repeal Act,1971

Section : REPEAL OF ACT 1 OF 1952

SECTION 02: REPEAL OF ACT 1 OF 1952

On and from the date on which the United Provinces (Temporary) Control of Rent and Eviction Act, 1947 is excluded by notification under section 3 of the Cantonments (Extension of Rent Control Laws) Act, 1957, to the Cantonments in the State of Uttar Pradesh, the Uttar Pradesh Cantonments (Control of Rent and Eviction) Act, 1952 shall stand repealed.
