Section : PENALTY FOR CONTRAVENTION OF PROVISIONS OF SECTION 24

SECTION 43: PENALTY FOR CONTRAVENTION OF PROVISIONS OF SECTION 24

Whoever contravenes the provisions of section 24-shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than 56[one year and] six months but which may extend to six years and with fine.
