Section : Orders for sale to be deemed decrees

8. Orders for sale to be deemed decrees.-Any order for sale madeby the Court under section 2, 3 or 4 shall be deemed to be a decreewithin the meaning of section 2 of the 2*[Code of Civil Procedure (14of 1882).]
