Section : Number of votes to which proprietors are entitled

18. Number of votes to which proprietors are entitled.-1* At such general meetings, no proprietor shall have more than eight votes, and 2* the proprietors shall vote according to the following scale :- 2 Shares shall entitle to 1 vote. 4 " " " " 2 votes. 6 " " " " 3 " 10 " " " " 4 " ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.
