SCHEDULE 1 FORMS OF OATHS OR AFFIRMATIONS
I Form of oath or affirmation to be made by a candidate for election to the Legislative Assembly :- swear in the name of God "I, A. B. having been nominated as a candidate to fill a seat in the Legislative Assembly do _____________________ solemnly affirm that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by law established and that I will uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India." II Form of oath or affirmation to be made by a member of the Legislative Assembly :- swear in the name of God "I, A. B., having been elected a member of the Legislative Assembly do ___________________________that I will solemnly affirm bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by law established, that I will uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India and that I will faithfully discharge the duty upon which I am about to enter." III Form of oath of office from a member of the Council of Ministers :- swear in the name of God "I, A. B., do ______________________ that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by solemnly affirm law established, that I will uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India, that I will faithfully and conscientiously discharge my duties as a Minister, and that I will do right to all manner of people in accordance with the Constitution and the law without fear or favour, affection or ill-will." IV Form of oath of secrecy for a member of the Council of Ministers :- swear in the name of God "I, A. B., do ___________________________ that I will not directly or indirectly communicate or reveal to any person or solemnly affirm persons any matter which shall be brought under my consideration or shall become known to me as a Minister except as may be required for the due discharge of my duties as such Minister." ___________________ *** ___________________

2. For such Rules namely : - Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Authentication of Orders and Other Instruments) Rules, 1992 -See Delhi Gaz., 25-11-1993, Pt. IV, Ext., p. 1 (No. 169).
4. section 46A shall be inserted, by Government of Union Territories and the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2001.(38 of 2001), dated, September 6, 2001.
5. section 47A & 47B shall be inserted, by Government of Union Territories and the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2001.(38 of 2001), dated, September 6, 2001.
6. The word "all loans advanced to the Capital from the Consolidated Fund of India" shall be substituted by Government of Union Territories and the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2001.(38 of 2001), dated, September 6, 2001.
