Extent of jurisdiction of High Court.-The High Court shall,in respect of proceedings instituted by or against the OfficialTrustee under this Act or the Indian Trusts---------------------------------------------------------------------1 This Act has been amended in its application to the formerProvince of Bengal by the Official Trustees (Bengal Amendment) Act,1940 (Ben. 12 of 1940) and by the Official Trustees (Bengal Amendment)Act, 1941 (Ben. 1 of 1941).
