Section : Copy of Act, rules and by-laws to be open to inspection

16. Copy of Act, rules and by-laws to be open to inspection. Every registered society shall keep a copy of this Act and of the rules governing such society, and of its by-laws, open to inspection free of charge at all reasonable times at the registered address of the society. 24
