Section : Vacancies, etc., not to invalidate acts and proceedings of theCorporation.

18. Vacancies, etc., not to invalidate acts and proceedings of the Corporation. No act or proceeding of 1*[the General Council. the Board or any of the committees of the Corporation] shall be invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy among its members or any defect in the constitution thereof.
