Section : Undertaking of the Corporation to vest in the company.

3.Undertaking of the Corporation to vest in the company. On such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, there shall be transferred to, and vest in, the Com- pany, the undertaking of the Corporation.
