Section : Term of office of members of Corporation.

5. Term of office of members of Corporation. (1) The term of office of members of the Corporation and the manner of filling vacancies among members shall be such as may be prescribed. (2) Any member of the Corporation other than an ex officio member may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the Central Government and on such resignation being accepted, he shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
