Section : Solemnizing without notice or within fourteen days afternotice,marriage with minor.

70. Solemnizing without notice or within fourteen days afternotice, marriage with minor.-Any Minister of Religion licensed tosolemnize marriages under this Act, who, without a notice in writing,or, when one of the parties to the marriage is a minor and therequired consent of the parents or guardians to such marriage has notbeen obtained, within fourteen days after the receipt by him of noticeof such marriage, knowingly and wilfully solemnizes a marriage underPart III, shall---------------------------------------------------------------------1 Subs. by Act 2 of 1891, s. 6, for the original s. 68.2 The second para. as amended by Act 12 of 1891, rep. by the A.
