Special Marriage Act,1954

Act No : 43

Section : Savings.

42. Savings.-Nothing contained in this Act shall affect the validity of any marriage not solemnized under its provisions; nor shall this Act be 35 deemed directly or indirectly to affect the validity of any mode of contracting marriage.
