Section : Repeal and savings.

22. Repeal and savings. (1) The Coking Coal Mines (Emergency Provisions) Ordinance, 1971 (12 of 1971), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done, any action taken or any appointment, declaration or order made under the Ordiance so repealed, shall be deemed to have been done, taken or made, as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
