Section : Registration.

8. Registration.-The Registrar, on being satisfied that the Trade Union has complied with all the requirements of this Act in regard to registration, shall register the Trade Union by entering in a register, to --------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Subs. by Act 38 of 1964, s. 2, for "officers" (w.e.f. 1-4-1965). 2. Ins. by Act 42 of 1960, s. 6. 56 be maintained in such form as may be prescribed, the particulars relating to the Trade Union contained in the statement accompanying the application for registration.
