Section : Power to obtain information.

13. Power to obtain information. The Central Government or the competent authority may, with a view to carrying out the purposes of section 3 or section 6, or section 7, or section 8, by order require any person to furnish to such officer, as may be specified in the order, such information in his possession as may be specified relating to any property which is requisitioned or acquired, or intended to be requisitioned or acquired, under this Act. 48
