Section : Power to fix fees payable as costs.

16. Power to fix fees payable as costs.-The High Court shall makerules for fixing and regulating by taxation or otherwise the feespayable as costs by any party in respect of the fees of hisadversary's advocate upon all proceedings in the High Court or in anyCourt subordinate thereto.
