Section : Power of Central Government to make rules.

57. Power of Central Government to make rules. (1) The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules 1* for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the provisions contained in sub-section (1), the rules so made may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-- (a) the additional particulars, if any, which an application under section 5, should contain; (b) the form in which notices under this Act may be issued; (c) the form in which applications under section 10 or section 13 may be made; (d) the registers which should be maintained under this Act; (e) the authorities required to be prescribed under this Act; (f) the board or other authority to which any report under sub-section (2) of section 18 may be made and the matters which such board or other authority should take into account in making its report.
