Northern India Ferries Act,1878

Act No : 17

Section : Management may be vested in municipality.

7. Management may be vested in municipality. The State Government may direct that any public ferry situate within the limits of a town be managed by the officer or public body charged with the superintendence of the municipal arrangements of such town; 2*[and thereupon that ferry shall be managed accordingly.]
