29.Discharge of judgment debtor on sufficient security. Whenever any judgment-debtor, who has been arrested or whose property has been seized in execution of a decree of the Small Cause Court, offers security to the satisfaction of such Court for payment of the amount which he has been ordered to pay and the costs, ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 See now the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Act 5 of 1908), Sch.
