Section : Confiscation of goods used for concealing Toxic Chemicals orPrecursors.

34. Confiscation of goods used for concealing Toxic Chemicals or Precursors.-Any Goods used for concealing any goods which is liable to confiscation under this Act shall also be liable to confiscation. Explanation.-In this section, "Goods'' includes conveyance as a means of transport.
