Section : Communication between passengers and metro railway officials in chargeof trains.

28. Communication between passengers and metro railway officials in charge of trains.-The metro railway administration shall provide and maintain in proper order, in any metro train, such efficient means of communication between the passengers and the me ro railway official in charge of the train as may be approved by the Central Government.
