Section : Amendment of article 168.

4. Amendment of article 168.-In sub-clause (a) of clause (1) of article 168, the word ", Punjab", shall be omitted. 1. 7th January, 1970 : vide Notifn. No. G.S.R. 72, dated 7th January, 1970, Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Pt. II, Sec. 3 (i), p. 13.
