Homoeopathy Central Council Act,1973

Section : Meetings of committees.

10.Meetings of committees. (1) The committees constituted under section 9 shall meet at least twice in each year at such time and place as may be appointed by the Central Council. (2) Unless otherwise prescribed, one-third of the total number of members of a committee shall form a quorum, and all the acts of the committee shall be decided by a majority of the members present and voting.
