I am an advocate at Gaya( Bihar). I have deep faith in our constitution and try to get justice for my clients but sorry to say the quality of judges need to be improved. we also need scientific investigation and use of science in order to reach on right conclusion. polygraph test is one such method, though its result can not be used as evidence but, certainly it will help to corroborate.
