My personal experience first:-
Girl filed 498a for there greedy needs. There is no-one to help husband. 'NO-ONE'. The only way to escape is, "sar par kafan baandh lo, aur bhid jao". You can't run. Don't panic. The more confident are you, lesser the courage of girl & her family.
MY STORY
Parents of my wife arrange my marriage by fraud with 6-7 years elder girl. They tell her age as 24 years and write her age as 21 in nikahnama. My wife is doing MA at the age of 35 to fool us. My FIL is 7 years railways retired man. Only a blind & mently retired, dowry seeker goes to there house.
Just After 3 months of marriage my wife's brother borrow Rs. 1 lakh for sometime from me to recover there expence of marriage, and her father transferred the car given at the time of marriage in my name as security. But After sometime when I ask my money back her brother refuses and told me to sell the car to recover my money.
Irritated by this an also due to some personal reasons, my Brother-in-law along with a girl send dirty sms & calls from a fake number 9760154367 to my sister's fiance to break her marriage. I have all the proves. When there this ill doing get caught my wife run away with my 5 months old son. I Did not see him face since 2.5 years.. When I call her home , her father and brother, who donot have tounge in there mouth abuse me in very filthy language and threatened to kill me. We even went to her home to take her but they people create scene like juggiwalas . We have to return barehanded. We can't understand what are our faults ?
Then my wife filled 498a FIR on my sister's marriage day to ruin her marriage. Isn't my sister a women ? Although nothing harsh happened with us. We get unconditional anticipatory bail. Judge , mediator, counselor at CAW cell, all of them scold her. But she did not hear anyone. My wife ask 20 lakh for compromise in mediation. Does all her pain get vanished after getting money ?
We have to take bail & have to face trial in different courts almost 3-4 days a month. My whole family face 498a/PWDV/125. We all are made criminals. All with regular readymade allegations. From where dowry came in between ? Is marrying a girl of railways retired person a crime ? When I ask police to write my complaint they says call your sister's fiance. Is this possible ? Those who did wrong nothing happenned to them.
