Have  been a successful  praticing lawyer for the past 25 years in Bangalore in the areana  in business disputes.  As a partner in Law and Options have been promoting  dispute resolution  via Alternate dispute Resolution macahnisims namely Mediation in  matters pending in courts and Prelitigation  mediation in conflicts that have not reached  Law courts. A trained Mediator/Trainer of the Mediation Council of India, Supreme Court, and The Bangalore Mediation Center, High Court of Karnataka have facilitated solutions in  complicated commerical disputes.

I am presentely engaged in popularising concepts of  " Conflict and it management with the frame work of existing paw and pit falls"  amongst the law students.
