we are two patners in the property My Uncle (Kalyan Ratanchand & Late Shri Laxmikant Shah),

My uncle had file a case against the tenent (Sheshmal Dhiraji & sons ) in 1997 in mumbai high court. (Writ) Petition no.302 of 1997.  Which was disposed .

Again he started civil Application in 342 of 2011.

Is it possiable where i Amit Shah son of ( Late Laxmikant Shah who past away in March 2006 ) can reopen the case 1997.
