Judiciary should not pass judgement and directions which violate the law simply because the respondent does not come begging to court. Judiciary has duty to ensure that the rights of an individual are not violated. In many cases judges have violated the Constitution instead of finding institutional support for resolving issues. It is the duty of legal professionals to serve the community and they have falied.

Legal professionals should improve decisions of judiciary by transferring many many functions to other specialist institutions. As an example all assets in testamentary cases should be handled by financial institutions in accordance with the laws and rules. Judiciary only needs to settle issues brought to it by one of the parties seeking change from existing rules. This reduces opportunity to cheat by administrator of the assets in in most of these the women members are cheated.
