SIR, LACS OF DISABLED MUST BE SUFFERING OR VICTIMS OF THE SYSTEM DUE TO ONE OR THE OTHER REASON. ALL USELESS. IF U C WESTERN COUNTRIES LAW FOR DISABLES REAL ONE. WE JUST FOLLOW/COPY IN MAKING LAW DO NOTHING FOR THEIR IMPLEMENTATION. THANKS

SIR, I FACED VERY HARD DUE TO THESE PEOPLE RATHER I WAS EXPLOITED DUE TO MY DISABILITY THEY TOOK DISADVANTAGE OF MY DISABILITY. WHAT IS THE USE OF NEW LAWS/DEPTT. I WILL ASK THEM TO HELP ONE REPLY MATTER IS SUB JUDICE AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE. WHERE AS I CAN PROOVE THAT THE MATTER IS INTENTIONALLY AND DELIBERATELY KEPT SUB-JUDICE. JUSTICE IS DENIED TO ME. I HAD LOT OF MONEY I WOULD HV GOT JUSTICE YEARS BACK. WHAT TO DO

NO USE OF THIS I AM FACING VERY HARD WAITING FOR JUSTICE IN COURTS FROM LAST 23 YEARS RICH PEOPLE AND FEW ADVOCATES CAN KILL A DISABLE MAN LACS OF TIME NO JUSTICE TO HIM ALL USE LESS MAKING NEW LAW LIKE PWD 1995 OR DIFFERENT MINISTRY/DEPARTMENT SPENDING LOT OF MONEY UNLESS ARRANGE TO GET IMPLEMENTED THESE LAWS IN THE COURTS ON PRIORITY BASIS. DH HIGH COURT ALSO ISSUE CIRCULAR TO EXPEDITE THE CASES OF DISABLE PERSONS AND SENIOR CITIZENS TO TRIAL COURT BUT IT IS NOT IMPLEMENTED IN DHC WHAT I CAN DO I AM FACING THE SAME THS

Dear sirs/Advocates here and all concerned Respectable Ministers
Any law making is not a easy task, it takes lot of time and money. Making any law specially the law made for disabled PWD act 1995 i am talking here, it is useless unless it is implemented in the courts on priority and in time framed. Some Rich people and greedy make mockery of law and dont allow it to implement. i am a disable person and waiting for justice where as case of the opposite party is false and admitted false and they lost the case in labour court. but they filed it in delhi high court and dragg it for more than nine years. what i can do nothing. First of all a ministry is required who really can help a common/poor/disable man and should not answer that the matter is sub-judice and nothing can be done as in my case i wrote to all ministries/ministers pm, president of india but all in vain.
no one is serious. every one is enjoying doing something new and wants appreciation without going into depth and future of that.

This is a good news for millions of disables spread all over India that for the first time in history the deaf ears of Central govt. have after all listened their cries. The creation of a cell is no sufficient, its due working is required to be impartial and sympathetic and it should not become a platform to loot as is being seen all over India in the working of UPA Govt.
