Courts are overburdened therefore number of Judges should be increased.

The case is one out of many where justice is delayed. I think a special bench should be constiuted to screen cases pending for over a decade to ascertain whether their adjudication is still required or the matter stand sorted out. Secondly the court may also devise method to encourage out of court settlement in respect of old cases. These measures will reduce the pendency in different courts.
