Heartiest congratulations to Shri Justice Sharad Arvind Bobde for this prestigious appointment. As per my knowledge the Hon'ble Justice as Judge of the High Court of Bombay was highly occupied and busy in legal matters resulting delay in hearing of some very important matter by his bench. Let us hope that as head of a state High Court, the Hon'ble Justice with consultation of government, will try to find solutions to such unfortunate difficulties which are hurdles in proving justice to the needy.
