The Gender Sensitization and Internal Complaints Committee (GSICC) set up in the Supreme Court in November 2013, headed by Hon'ble Justice Mrs. Ranjana  P. Desai,  with an objective to sensitize the public to gender issues and to address  sexual harassment complaints in the  premises of the Supreme Court, published a circular with order against Advocate C.S. Nagesh in a sexual harassment complaint.

The Chief Justice of India on 15th March, 2014, passed the following order:

"Having considered the Report of the GSICC dated 4th March, 2014, which unanimously accepted the Report of the Internal Sub Committee dated 21st February, 2014, recommending debarring the entry of Mr. C.S. Nagesh, Advocate, into the Supreme Court precincts for a specified period extending upto a maximum period of one year and/or any other orders, as deemed fit, I am of the view that, in the first instance; six months' bar on entry into the Supreme Court precincts would suffice, considering the fact that, except the instant case, no other incident of this nature relating to Mr. Nagesh has been reported. This penalty, in my view, would not only allow him to redeem himself but also would operate as a deterrent against him."

THE HON LAW COMMISSION NEED TO MAKE APPROPRIATE RECOMMENDATIONS TO DULY MODIFY, AS FAILING OR FAILED LEGISLATION(S) ARE A BIG DRAG ON ECONOMY BESIDES UNNECESSARY WASTAGE OF TIME INCURRED BY COURTS ON THE ISSUES INVOLVED AND THIS SUITABLE LAW COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION WOULD CURTAIL WASTE OF COURT TIME ALL OVER INDIA BESIDES REDUCING MEANINGLESS CASES IN COURTS ON PROSECUTIONS SPREAD ALL OVER THE COUNTRY IS AN ANOTHER VIEW I HOLD!

SIMILARLY SEVERAL LEGISLATION(S) FAILED MISERABLY SO WHAT IS THE ILL NEED TO BE STUDIED BY THE LAW COMMISSION WHICH IS ALREADY IN CARRYING OUT VARIOUS TERMS OF REFERENCES, I THINK!

I THINK WHY RAPE LAWS/ACTS FAILED THE COUNTRY IN SPITE OF DETERRENT DETERGENT IN LAWS NEED TO BE STUDIED BY HON APEX COURT, AS RAPES ARE CONTINUING GUNG HO! THAT STUDY MAY HELP IDENTIFY WHAT ARE THE DRAW BACKS OF THE RAPE LAW, WE SEE EVEN POLICE WHY ADVOCATES/MINISTERS/MPs/MLAs DO INDULGE, BESIDES IN COLLEGES AND SCHOOLS RAPE ARE RAMPANT AND HAS BECOME MORE A NORM ARE NEED TO BE STUDIED AND TO PRESIDENT OF INDIA TO ASK PARLIAMENT TO SUITABLY PASS OR AMEND THE RELEVANT APPLICABLE LAWS, I THINK!

ALL HIGH COURTS NEED TO PASS SIMILAR ACTIONS AGAINST THE ADVOCATES IN ALL STATES THAT WOULD BE SALUTATORY I BELIEVE!

WHY THESE KINDS OF ORDERS CANNOT BE PASSED ON SEXUAL HARASSMENT CASES IN THE CASE OF MINISTERS AS ALSO CIVIL SERVANTS, I BELIEVE PARLIAMENT NEED TO PASS A FULL BLOWN ACT WITH NECESSARY STUDY NOT WASTING UNDER SOME SO CALLED COMMITTEES, IN CASE COMMITTEES TAKE MORE TIME THAN THREE MONTHS!

Such a behaviour of an advocate in the apex institution of the country is totally unwanted. Good punishment.--Gautam Advocate.

As the action has been taken following the report of GSICC in the sex harassment complaint by hon. SC hence it must be complied upon.
