Additional Judges of Andhra Pradesh High Court Appointed

 

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (i) Shri Nadimpalli Rama Linga Nageswara Rao, (ii) Shri Ponnuru Durga Prasad, (iii) Shri Kallakuri Girija Shankar, (iv) Shri Nyshadham Ravi Shankar and (v) Shri Vegi Suri Appa Rao, to be Additional Judges of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, in that order of seniority, for a period of two years with effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices.

Of what use? The pendency of cases are mounting more than their direct proportion. It can obviously be attributed appeal is preferred to harass the litigant as there is no punishment for having not complied with the court order by this lame excuse. When the law is suitably amended, if appeal is to be preferred provided 50% of the litigation amount to court, if case if defeated again, such proportion will be for the benefit of the court to have wasted its precious time then such will not recur. Now it is mitigating the unemployment of lawyers only to amass tax evasion
