X party divorce

My husband has filed for divorce in family court. Initially I was not ready to get divorced but now I want it and dont want to continue this marriage. What will happen if I stop attending the family court hearings? In how much time court will the court order x party divorce?

Why to go the court proceedings ex-party ?

Better to file a reply denying the allegation and accepting the divorce.

As suggested, file an affidavit stating that you are not opposing divorce, So, court should allow the divorce,

My husband is a saddist kind of person always opposing wat I want.. I have doubt that if I ask for mutual consent divorce he may withdraw his decision of getting divorce.
