Dear sir/mam, I would like to bring it your kind notice that there is no specific time limit has been specific time limit has been specified for filing a writ petition u/art 226 of constitution. This is an extraordinary and discretionary remedy. The normal time limit for most of the cases is generally 3 months. However, for this, there is no specific limitation. Even in any case of delay, this should be explained by citing the case laws with justifiable reasons.
