you write to Chief Justice of India as per the Judgement of Supreme Court of India Prior Sanction must be obtained from the chief Justice of India.  You file before the Human Rights Commission.

Dear Querist

file a civil suit before civil court for damages....... or file a complaint before Human right commission if you have proof regarding their illegal act....

I already wrote to Human rights commission. But they replied tat won't involve in court matters. Writ is the only solution for getting compensation against them. Kindly help for filing writ petition against judges and police officers

Civil case is tough against judges and police officers. Writ is the only solution
