Some of us created partnership deed and got it notarised. But there was no witnesses. Is the deed valid? Will we face any problem in getting PAN. GST and other Govt. documents? Any help would be highly appreciated.

Apart from partners signatures a Deed of partnership must be signed by at least two independent witnesses.

An agreement or any other legal document has to be witnessed before it is attested / registered, otherwise, it is invalid.

If there is no witness in Partneship deed then you can take signature of two witness now to make it valid document
