Hi.
My wife has complained against me under 498a. Asking for gifts back and money and Divorce (MCD) . we have been seperated for 5 months. I am happy to pay, but MCD is not possible.
I am told there is a consent form that can be submitted to police and all articles and one time money paid and complaint withdrawn. Later MCD can be filed after a year.
Can anyone share the format for this that? What is content of this letter form that is submitted to police and how does it work?

Marriage was done a little over a year ago. Seperated for 5 months. wife has her own cash income (may be difficult to prove since its all cash. she is not salaried). Causes of dispute are incompatibility. There is only complaint at local PS against all members of family. she wants alimony + MCD to withdraw it.

get rid of those items as early as possible and void being fixed in S/406.
