BUT

1. In America it is celebrated on 1st. May
2. UN celebrates it on 26th. Nov.
3. India celebrates Law Day on 26th. Nov. and not on 17th. July
Reasoning:
Because it was on November 26, 1949, that the Constituent Assembly adopted the Constitution of India.
