wifes mother right

I am a police constable in delhi police and i have a govt. Flat in delhi .my marriage date is nov. 2011.after my marriage me and my husband live in my flat.but i want my mother live with me.so,past six months me and my mother live in my flat and my husband not live with me because of my mother. I want my mother live with me whole life because my father is expire past 5 years ago.my father is a army retired person.all job benifts of my father taking by my mother.i have one elder and smaller brother.they live in my village because many property in village.my husband is a student and legaly seprated by my parents in law. Plz tell me can i live my mother in my flat .it is ok or not any law create problem in my way or not. Kya main apni mother ko apne saath rakh sakti hu agar mera husband naa chahe to.main apne husbsnd par dowry hraasment ka case karne wali hu ky meri maa ke mere saath rahne sw mera husband mujh par koi allligation laga sakta ya apma bachav kar sakta h
