Wife's Mother and Sister abetting their daughter

Dear Sir,

My wife's mother and sister is abetting their daughter to stay away from me for last 10 yrs. They are continuously giving wrong advice to my wife against me and my family. They have done so to earn money from my wife which in turn i used to send her monthly as her family maintenance. She even has an illegal relationship with her distant relative. Her mother, sster, brother and uncle knows all this but continuously supporting her to do so by getting money.

Which IPC law section can I look into for a suitable law suite against my wife's mother and sister.

Please suggest.

Thanks and regards

Dear Avijit

With the limited information provided to us I can advise as followss:

If you want to divorce your wife, there are sufficient ground for divore. You can file an application for divorce at the civil court or else pray for restitution of conjugal right if you want to live together. Now its your wife to prove the reason for staying away from your home. The abetment as alleged by you against your inlaws cannot be proved in ordinary case. So your concern should be with your wife, not with her family members.
