Wife not coming back, parents in law showing malafide intentions

1. Remain Cool . 

2. Visit temple and keep praying for peace of mind . 

3. if she is asking for divorce and you dont want to give it do not give in . Let them file a petition in the court for Divorce and let the case go on for around 5-6 yrs in the court . Make her  Dance over there . 

4. As she is working she cannot  ask for Maintenance . The cout will not pass mainteance for her . Only thing keep one salary slip of hers to produce the same in the court when she files for maintanence of the same . 

5. Maintenance for the children  is co-extensive hence both have to provide for the maintenance of the child . 

6. Let her file whatever case she wants like Domestic Violence etc . When it comes to evidence stage her case will fall apart . 

7. Now that you are staying seperately send voluantry maintenace for your children as per your means through money order or if you know her bank account no than transfer the same into her account . Tomorrom you have proof to produce in the court that you were sending mainteance for your children .
