wife deserted

Hi My wife has deserted me and she has filed case in women cell & mahila court. She want divorce & i too but she is asking me in mediation of womencell 35lacs but i cannot afford to give. I have a res. property and doing business in my name. What can be solution to it. I have bank balance & locker. Need urgent help bcoz she is not compromising.

Sir... Let your wife file for divorce and you don't go to court.

Let her get whatever order she wants.

The duty of the mediation or counselling cell is to bring out an amicable solution for reinstating the wrecked marriage.They cannot involve themselves in financial matters as it is for the court to decide.U R saying wife has deserted U can U prove it?

She is not filing divorce nor i can give huge amount for settlement.

Marriage was in 2007 where she hardly lived for total of max 2yrs. In between she filed dv case in court & women cell case which she widrew before.it was 4yrs back. What kind of legal action i can take as i have not taken any legal action till date.
