widows rights..

if any widow signed an agreement that she won't take any benefits of her deceased husband, can she asked for mother-father in laws property..even after she had signed an agreement and also took one time settlement money...
can she booked u/s. 420 of IPC

Whether the widow is having children,  present marital status and contents of the agreement etc., are material. Contact local advocate as issuing a notice seeking partition may not amount to Sec.420.
