What would be the outcome?

a man had two wives.of which he had 5 children.all major.

he bought the following properties in following series:

1)flat for eldest son

2)flat for 2nd son

3)bunglow in the joint name of his nad his 2nd wife

4)flat in joint name of his and his 2nd wife

5)shop in his daughter's name.

Question is:

1) can the stepsons claim over the property which are solely in name of their stepmother and stepsister.

2) second wife has paid about 80% of  payment while buying the bunglow jointly owned. so what would be her share?

3)can the daughter, who are from second wife, claim in ancestral property?
