What is the meaning of shared household

Hello Experts,

I do job in City, my mother has a house in villege , a home loan is taken on my job as secondary applicant for the construction of house.

Primary applicant is my mother (land is my mothers exclusive self earned property )

I am second applicant for home loan.

I do stay in city .. after my marriage 2 months I and my wife both syted in villege with my parents. She left home ... now since 2 years we are living separately.

My query is: As Home loan is there on my name .. does it become shared house hold ? Does my wife gets residence rights? I have never paid a single EMI ... nor it is deducted from my salary account..

Can you please advice me on this.

Shared household means the one in which ur wife stayed wid u after marriage ,for whatever period, usually whenever girls files for case they mention about d violence on previous dates and take d advantage of shared household. It does nt make any diff whether u paid d emi or not , even u dont have any rights on ur mother's property till she is alive , so dont worry
