What is the maximum years considerations for civil cases?

Dear Sir/Madam,

What is the Maximum past years considerations for  a civil cases , What is the maximum past years the civil court will consider , like if we have some issues found in 1950 for our some of ancestors  property can we book a case now which is almost most older than 50 to 60 years old ?, Is there any maximum past years whether Civil Court is going to consider ?
