What if witness does not attend to court?

Hi all,

I am facing Tress pass and intimidation case from my Ex. Apart from this case I am also facing DVA, IPC 307. As the tresspass & DVA case are bunch of lies, the witness is not attending the court and the case has come for witness trail, the court has given summons to witness, But the witness did not attend the court for the 2nd time. The PP is asking for more time. So what could be the option to the judge if they do not attend next time also.

Regards

Ramesh.

Pray to court to issue bailable warrant against witness first,if he even  does not appear than get order for issuance of non bailable warrant.
