Water connection, cooperative society

I reside in a cooperative society in Ahmedabad.

The managing comm  has disconnected one of the two water connections.

I wish to file a complaint with the executive magistrate court here, however it has come to my knowledge that I will have to approach the board of nominees for the same as it is realated to cooperative society. and that the executive magistrate does not have the powers to give orders regarding reconnection in this case. Is this true?

Actually, the Board of nominess is going on vacation from tomorrow. I wish to know if there is any other court where i can file a criminal complaint?

You can raise a dispute with the registrar and seek injuction under the coop.societies Act.
