i have rented a shop in jewellery market in 1999 given 7.25 lakhs as pagri and rent is increased after 3 years and owner will not be able to vacate is written in rent deed,now he wants to sell shop and demanding total of market value ,can we stop him by seeking stay not to sell the prop to any other person
pls give legal advice
